Manish Tomer

Manish Tomer, FRM, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Manish currently serves as the Global Head of Partners and Channels at ConsenSys, a leading blockchain technology firm. Prior to this, Manish founded Cryptorai, a cryptocurrency portfolio tracking and market data tool. Manish has also held positions such as Adjunct Faculty at the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University and Enterprise Sales Director at Privacera, a data access control and encryption company.

Manish has an extensive background in blockchain and distributed ledger technology. Manish worked as the Director of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology at Cognizant, where they provided consulting services. Manish also held the position of Director of Blockchain/DLT Consulting and Account Manager/Associate Director at the same company.

Before their tenure at Cognizant, Manish participated in the Business Leaders Program at IGATE, where they played multiple roles and served as the account manager for one of the largest clients in the Capital Markets and Wealth Management sectors. Manish also worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Virtusa and as a Management Intern at CapGemini.

Manish began their career as a Software Engineer at CSC, where they focused on the customization and implementation of Core Banking Product – HOGAN, with expertise in the Cards and Merchant Subsystem (CAMS).

Throughout their career, Manish has demonstrated a strong understanding of blockchain technology, data privacy, and financial services. Manish'sexperience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the field of financial risk management.

Manish Tomer, FRM, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Manish also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology. In addition to their formal education, Manish has obtained various certifications, including DAML Developer Associate from Digital Asset, Corda Certified Developer from R3, and Google Cloud certifications from Coursera. Manish has also completed multiple data science and machine learning courses through Coursera, as well as a Financial Risk Management (FRM) certification from GARP.
