Raj Mukherjee J.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of tax, with a focus on the cryptocurrency and financial industries. Sulolit "Raj" is currently serving as the Global Head of Tax at ConsenSys since December 2022. Prior to that, they held the positions of Vice President, Global Head of Tax and Senior Director, Tax at Binance.US from June 2021 to September 2022. Raj also served as the Co-Chair of the Tax Working Group at the Blockchain Association from July 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Binance.US and the Blockchain Association, Raj worked at Coinbase as the Global Head of Tax Information Reporting from October 2019 to June 2021. Sulolit "Raj" also held the position of Chair of the Tax Information Reporting Working Group at the Blockchain Association from 2019 to 2020.

Raj has significant experience in the traditional financial sector as well. Sulolit "Raj" worked at J.P. Morgan as the Head of Tax Compliance & Due Diligence for their Wealth Management division from November 2016 to October 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President - Tax, Global Banking and Markets at HSBC, where they provided tax advisory services, managed tax risk and controls, and offered business advisory support for various investment products.

Raj's earlier work experience includes roles at Markit as the Director of Global Tax Solutions from July 2013 to April 2015, E*TRADE Financial as the Manager of US Tax Operations & Information Reporting from December 2011 to July 2013, and Interactive Brokers as a Tax Manager for U.S. and International Compliance from August 2010 to August 2011.

Sulolit "Raj" Mukherjee J.D. completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Economics, and English Literature at Washington College from 1997 to 2000. Subsequently, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree specializing in International Law at the University of Kansas School of Law from 2001 to 2004.
