Jillian Gellman

As the Assistant Program Manager for the Summer Youth Corps program, Jillian supports training, recruitment, and leadership and youth development. Jillian began their service with the Corps as a crew leader for SYC in 2018, and served as the logistics field coordinator in the summers of 2019-2021. They earned a BA in geography and environmental sustainability at the University of Mary Washington, in Fredericksburg, VA. She spent a year abroad in Thailand and Australia and developed a more well-rounded understanding of sustainability and natural resource management practices.
