Paul Njeru

Paul Njeru is a seasoned audit professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Audit at Conservation International since December 2012, Paul Njeru has developed and implemented audit methodologies to enhance internal control systems and resource efficiency. Prior to this role, Paul Njeru held positions as Director of Internal Audit at Conservation International and Audit Manager at EY, where responsibilities included overseeing audit engagements and mentoring staff. Earlier career experience includes serving as Internal Auditor at Equity Bank Limited, focusing on compliance and risk assessment. Paul Njeru holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Egerton University, and is a Certified Public Accountant from Strathmore University in Kenya.
