Riley Caldwell

Project Engineer at Consigli

Riley Caldwell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a Hotel Runner at Meadowmere Resort in 2014 and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Riley worked as a Warehouse Selector at Shaw's Warehouse & Distribution Center. They then joined Churchill Catering & Events in 2017, where they served as a Warehouse Inventory Specialist and also worked as a bartender during events. In 2018, Riley became the Assistant Warehouse Manager at Cellardoor Winery at The Point, where they focused on warehouse management and inventory logistics. They implemented the use of AutoCAD for improving inventory systems. In 2019, Riley worked as a CAD Drafter at Tilson Technology Management, specializing in the Austin, TX downtown fiber project and traffic control plans. In 2021, Riley worked as a Carpenter at Maine Properties. In 2022, they interned as a Project Management Intern at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., where they contributed to the Bowdoin College Mills Hall & Center for Arctic Studies Project. They assisted with various tasks such as preparing and submitting Requests for Information, managing the submittal log, tracking deficiencies, and documenting the project progress. Finally, in 2023, Riley became a Project Engineer at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., where their responsibilities are ongoing.

Riley Caldwell completed their education in a chronological order. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Southern Maine Community College, where they obtained a degree in Architecture & Engineering Design. During this time, they studied Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Revit. Following this, from 2020 to 2022, Riley attended the University of Southern Maine and completed a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management, with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management.

In addition to their formal education, Riley earned two certifications. In May 2019, they obtained a certification in Mechanical Design from Dassault Systèmes. In June 2022, they obtained an OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification from ClickSafety.
