Amy Lewis currently serves as HR Director (EMEA) at Consilio LLC and Head of People & Employee Experience at LOD, which has recently been acquired by Consilio. With a strong focus on high performance and inclusivity, Amy is dedicated to creating a thriving environment for individuals at LOD. Previous experience includes Group HR Manager at CrowdComms, where strong relationships and engagement were prioritized, and Culture and People Partner at Sonovate, delivering high-value people experience projects. Amy’s career also features roles in talent acquisition and recruitment management at CPS Group (UK) Limited, MotoNovo Finance, Red Recruitment, and Office Angels. Currently pursuing a CIPD Level 5 HR degree at Cardiff and Vale College, Amy continues to enhance professional expertise in human resources.
