Craig Fawcett

Craig Fawcett is the Head of HR at Consilium Academies since September 2020. Prior to this role, Craig worked at South Tyneside College as a Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor from July 2015 to September 2020. Craig also has experience working as an HR Assistant at Newcastle University from August 2010 to June 2015 and as an HR Administrator at Newcastle Upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust from June 2009 to June 2010. Craig holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Northumbria University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Newcastle University. Throughout their career, Craig has been involved in providing HR advice, managing recruitment campaigns, developing HR policies and procedures, and supporting organizational change processes.
