Desiree Kaplan

Desiree Kaplan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2007, they worked as a Human Resource assistant at Cope Foundation for a limited period. In 2008, they joined Danske Bank as a Customer Advisor. The same year, they also worked as a National Research Consultant for Mobility of Health Professionals, where they were responsible for conducting research and analyzing results. Desiree then transitioned to Proffice Link AB in 2010, where they held various roles such as Recruitment Coordinator, Bid Manager, Coordinator, and ultimately, HR Business Partner. At Proffice Link AB, they were involved in managing vendor relationships, implementing new company functions, and overseeing corporate projects. In 2016, they joined Consilium Safety Group and served as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resource Manager for Consilium Marine & Safety, and currently holds a role in Human Resources. At Consilium Safety Group, Desiree has been responsible for improving HR processes, providing support to managers and employees, and managing strategic, tactical, and operational HR initiatives.

Desiree Kaplan completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Linköping University between 2006 and 2009. Desiree pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Linköping University from 2009 to 2010. Desiree Kaplan also recently attended IHM Business School in 2022 and completed a course titled "Digitalisering och hållbarhet inom HR" (Digitalization and Sustainability in HR). Desiree is currently enrolled at IHM Business School and focusing on the field of study "Digitslization and Sustainability (HR focus)." In terms of certifications, Desiree Kaplan obtained the MQ Motivationsformulär, OPQ Personlighetsformulär, and Verify - Färdighetstester certifications from SHL Group in August 2011.
