Mo W.

Mo W. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career in 2008 at Netwerk B.V. as a Specialist and Inspector for Steiger Assembly, where they were responsible for assembling special constructions, creating construction drawings, calculating structural loads, conducting inspections, and managing employees. In 2013, they joined Total Safety as a Specialist & Coach for Gas Analysis, where they trained and examined gas measurement experts and employees involved in gas measurements. They also ensured quality in the field, coached employees during domestic and international projects, and developed gas measurement protocols and risk assessments. In 2019, Mo W. became a Technical Quality Manager at RAE BeNeLux B.V., where they conducted quality audits in multiple locations across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, England, and Poland. They also led and motivated technical service personnel, representatives, and purchasers. Currently, Mo W. holds multiple positions at KADMUS, including Company Owner, General Manager, and Technical Director. They provide consulting, training, research and development, incident reporting, and quality assurance services. Starting in 2023, Mo W. will join Consilium Safety Group as an Area Sales Manager.

Mo W. completed Specialist Gasdetectie in Chemistry from Meerdere school from 2012 to 2016. In the same year, they also attended CAD Accent for AutoCAD 3D tekenaar. Additionally, they received training in Foreman Scaffolding from Scaffolding Training Europe in 2012. Prior to this, Mo W. pursued Chemistry from 2004 to 2005 at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. They completed their Havo degree with a focus on Natuur & Techniek + ICT from SG Spieringshoek from 1998 to 2003.
