Amy Joyner has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Amy began their career in 2005 as a Flight Attendant at British Airways. In 2011, they joined Hays as a 360 Legal Recruitment Specialist, where they achieved record-breaking billing and won the Top Consultant award. From 2012 to 2014, Amy worked at Project People as a Telecomms & Tech Recruiting Manager & Account Manager, excelling as the top contract biller and earning the title of Team Manager of the Year in 2013. Amy then moved to Networkers - Technology Recruitment in 2015, where they quickly climbed the ranks, becoming the Head of Technology & Engineering Recruitment for both Networkers and Matchtech. During their time at Networkers, Amy attended leadership summits and consistently performed as a top biller. In 2018, they transitioned to ConSol Partners, initially joining as a Director and later advancing to Vice President and Senior Vice President. In their roles at ConSol Partners, Amy was responsible for various aspects of the business, including contract division management, business development, account management, talent acquisition, and training and coaching of sales and recruiting staff.

Amy Joyner attended the University of Essex from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a 2:1 LLB Law degree. In 2013, they completed a Certificate in Recruitment from the Institute of Recruitment Professional. Then, in 2017, Amy received a Certificate in Motivational Systems and Analysis from Core Strengths.
