J. Droushoudt

J. Droushoudt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and service delivery within the telecommunications and managed services sectors. Currently serving as Business Owner for Managed Services and SAFe® Product Manager for Self Service Development at Console Connect by PCCW Global since July 2021, J. Droushoudt leads digital transformation initiatives and manages multi-cloud strategies. As AVP Product Manager in the Agile SAFe PMO at PCCW Global since January 2013, J. Droushoudt supports Agile Release Trains and drives digital transformation efforts. Previous roles include senior management positions at Gateway Communications and Belgacom International Carrier Services, where leadership in quality assurance, customer support, and service management was demonstrated. J. Droushoudt holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics and Telecom Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
