Franklin Adjei

Franklin Adjei, ACIB has over 7 years of work experience in the banking industry. Franklin began their career at uniBank Ghana Ltd, where they served as a Credit Risk Officer from March 2015 to February 2017. Franklin then transitioned to the role of Senior Data Analyst at the same company from March 2017 to August 2018.

In 2019, Franklin joined Consolidated Bank Ghana as a Business Intelligence Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of BI solutions within the organization. Franklin worked closely with stakeholders to identify data needs and ensured that BI solutions aligned with business goals. Franklin'sexpertise in data management, analysis, and visualization enabled him to develop BI strategies that provided actionable insights to key decision-makers.

Currently, Franklin serves as the Head of Data Science & Analytics at Consolidated Bank Ghana, a position they have held since August 2022.

Franklin Adjei, ACIB, has a diverse education history. In 2003, they attended Mfantsipim School, where they earned their SSCE degree in Science in 2005. Franklin then went on to study at the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. In 2017, Franklin enrolled at the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana, and completed a Professional Certification in Banking and Financial Support Services in 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Science at the University of East London. Additionally, Franklin sought further specialization in Data Analytics through a Nano Degree program at Udacity in 2022.
