Shan Sims

Shan Sims has a diverse and extensive work experience. They started their career in 1997 as a Military Intelligence Analyst for the United States Department of Defense, where they conducted research and analyzed information regarding security threats. They then moved on to work as a Wireless Specialist Trainer and Assistant Manager at RadioShack, where they trained employees and prepared performance evaluations. In 2005, they became an Assistant Store Manager at Best Buy, overseeing operational aspects and managing a large staff. They later became a Store Director at Circuit City, where they recruited, trained, and built teams while maintaining merchandise standards. Following this, they worked at AT&T as a Subject Matter Expert and Floor Supervisor, providing training and support to a call center team. In 2012, they joined Burger King Corporation as a General Manager and Training Manager, responsible for ensuring quality standards, managing labor and finances, and maintaining safety and security policies. They then served as a District Manager at Hardees Restaurants, overseeing multiple locations for five years. In 2018, they became a District Leader at GPS Hospitality, and their role involved managing and leading a district of restaurants. Currently, Shan is working as the Director of Operations at Consolidated Burger Holdings.

Shan Sims earned a High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Pensacola High School in 1997. They are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Western Governors University, with an expected completion in 2023.
