David Herrick

David Herrick has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. David worked at Consolidated Communications from 2012, starting as Vice President and Controller before becoming Senior Vice President - Controller and eventually SVP and Chief Accounting Officer. In these roles, they were involved in various acquisitions and was responsible for the company's technical accounting and updating of accounting policies. Prior to Consolidated Communications, David worked at SureWest Communications from 2003, starting as Divisional Accounting Manager and eventually becoming Controller. At SureWest, their primary responsibilities included overseeing segment accounting, internal audits, and assisting with the implementation of GAAP. Before joining the telecommunications industry, David worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager, where they gained experience in financial statement audits, internal controls assessment, and serving clients from various industries.

David Herrick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from California State University, Chico, from 1987 to 1991. David holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant - CA.
