Cristina Modval

Cristina Modval has extensive work experience in software development and management roles. Cristina has recently joined Consolidated Hospitality Supplies (CHS) as the Sr. Engineer Automation & Innovation Hub Lead. Prior to this, they worked at American Hotel Register Company for several years, where they held various roles including Manager of Business Application Development & Delivery and Sr. .Net Application Specialist. In these positions, they played a key role in developing and implementing automated workflow tools and optimizing supply chain processes. Before that, they worked at Innovative Workflow Technologies as a Senior Software Developer, where they were responsible for developing a range of applications and services. Some notable projects include the development of a capacity management and patient throughput application and a clinical documentation software that significantly reduced documentation time.

Cristina Modval holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Cristina also completed an Associate Degree in Computer Programming with High Honors and Presidential Scholar distinction at Oakton College in Illinois. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Transylvania University in Brasov, Romania. Furthermore, Cristina has obtained several certifications including the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate, UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Certificate, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (Automation 360), IQ Bot Developer certification, and various Coursera Course Certificates in topics such as building AI applications, chatbots, Python data products, AI engineering, machine learning, and scalable machine learning on big data using Apache Spark. Cristina also holds a Change Management Certificate from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
