Julie Baker is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Consolidated Hospitality Supplies since August 2021, Baker previously held the same title at American Hotel Register Company from July 1991 to August 2021. In these roles, responsibilities included formulating and executing global HR strategies, enhancing company culture and values, and driving associate development and succession planning. Earlier positions included strategic business partner roles and management of compensation and benefits programs, where significant contributions were made in organizational alignment and employee engagement. Julie Baker holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Trinity International University.
