Guy Carpenter has a diverse work experience in the water industry. Guy is currently employed at CONSOR Engineers as the SVP of Water Technical Services, where they lead the national Water Technical Services Organization and provides strategic thought leadership. Prior to their current role, they were the Vice President and Water Market Leader at Stanley Consultants from 2019 to 2021, where they were responsible for business development and project management. Guy also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at WESTMARC from 2017 to 2019. Previously, they worked as a Vice President at Carollo Engineers from 2017 to 2019, where they focused on serving municipal and private sector clients. Guy Carpenter has also made significant contributions to various organizations in leadership positions. Guy was the Past-President and President of the Board of Directors at WateReuse, where they contributed to strategic objectives, policies, and membership development. Guy served as President and Board Member at Water Environment & Reuse Foundation, playing a crucial role in the merger with Water Research Foundation. Additionally, they held the position of Senior VP of Strategic Operations at aquaTECTURE, LLC, where they focused on profitable and socially responsible projects. Guy also served on the Board of Directors for Central Arizona Project, overseeing the operation and repayment of the Central Arizona Project and replenishing groundwater with renewable supplies. Throughout their career, Guy Carpenter has demonstrated expertise and leadership in the water industry.

Guy Carpenter attended Washington High School from 1982 to 1986. Guy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Northern Arizona University from 1987 to 1990.
