Michael Cesana has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Michael started their career in 2013 as a Grocery Clerk at Publix Super Markets, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they also served as a Human Resources Intern at KLX Aerospace Solutions. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Personnel Specialist at the City of Coral Gables. Currently, they are employed at CONSOR Engineers, where they have held two positions. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for reviewing timesheets, drafting offer letters, and initiating background checks. Since 2022, they have been working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple regions of the organization. Michael handles various recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, interviews, scheduling, and extending offers. Michael also manages candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and reports key metrics in weekly meetings.
