Richard Swart

Richard Swart has a diverse work experience in the field of investment risk management. Richard currently holds the role of Head of Investment Risk at Constanter since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Railpen as the Head of Investment Risk Management from December 2019 to May 2023. Richard has also held various positions at INREV, including Vice Chair of the INREV Due Diligence Committee from January 2019 to May 2020 and Member of the INREV Due Diligence Committee from January 2018 to January 2019. Richard has experience in risk management at PGGM Investments, where they held the position of Principal Risk Manager from August 2016 to December 2019. Before that, Richard worked at APG Asset Management as a Senior Financial Risk Manager from January 2012 to July 2016 and as a Financial Risk Manager from October 2010 to December 2011. Richard has also worked at Mn Services, where they held various risk-related roles including Senior Risk Officer, Product Risk Manager, and Risk Officer from September 2007 to August 2010. Richard's early experience includes working as Staff Core Audit at Deloitte from March 2006 to September 2007.

Richard Swart attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration.
