André Scheidt

André Scheidt has a diverse work experience. André currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development for E-Mobility and Battery Systems at Constantia Flexibles, a role they started in January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Development for the same company, starting in April 2021 and continuing until January 2024.

Before joining Constantia Flexibles, André worked as the Global Business Development Manager for Rechargeable Batteries at H&T Battery Components from February 2019 to April 2021. André also had a role as the Co-Director of the Startup-Cohort Cologne/Bonn and Founder & CEO of Surprado at Founder Institute from January 2019 to November 2019 and May 2018 to January 2019, respectively.

Earlier in their career, André was the Head of Corporate Business Development Asia Pacific at ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH from January 2017 to April 2018. André also served as the Sales Manager for Asia Pacific & Americas and worked as a Business Development Trainee at the same company.

Furthermore, André had training experiences at TOSHIBA TEC Imaging Systems as a Trainee for International Sales Coordination from September 2010 to September 2013, and at Kalaydo GmbH & Co.KG as a Marketing & Sales Intern from January 2010 to August 2010.

André Scheidt pursued their education in a chronological order. André obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Retail Management from the European University of applied Sciences, Brühl in 2013. During their undergraduate studies, they also completed a semester abroad at James Cook University in Singapore. Following this, they enrolled in NEOMA Business School and completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Global Management from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they also had the opportunity to undertake a semester abroad at Nankai University in China as part of their Master's program. Additionally, André Scheidt received a certification in Certified Merchant in Wholesale and Foreign Trade from the German Chamber of Industry & Commerce between 2010 and 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they completed a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in 2023, a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy in 2022, a Certificate in Leadership Principles in 2021, a Key Account Manager Automotive certification from IBU in 2020, and a Qualified Negotiator® certification from the Schranner Negotiation Institute in 2017.
