Ethan Whaley has accumulated extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career.

Starting at Schlumberger in 1998, Ethan worked as an Internet Communication Coordinator and later transitioned into the role of Internet Communication Specialist, where they were responsible for developing and publishing marketing communications materials for the company's external website. Ethan also collaborated with the IT team to implement new technology and features on the site. Following this, Ethan became a Web Content Manager, managing project schedules and overseeing the development and publishing of materials for the external website. During their time in this role, SLB.com achieved high rankings and recognition. In their last role at Schlumberger, Ethan served as the SEED Web Project Manager, demonstrating their project management skills.

In 2007, Ethan joined Mankin Media Systems as the Marketing & Internet Projects Director. Ethan spearheaded marketing campaigns and programs tailored to various target audiences in the audio, video, and lighting systems industry.

Ethan's next career move led him to developerprogram.com in 2011, where they served as the Program Manager for the Avaya developer program. Ethan successfully led the conversion of the program to a SaaS platform and launched it in November 2013. Additionally, Ethan managed the ShopperTrak Developer Zone, overseeing UI/UX implementation, content authoring, site design, and configuration within a tight deadline of 35 days.

In 2014, Ethan transitioned to Constellant, initially serving as a Senior Program Manager. Ethan then took on the role of Front End Development Team Manager, where they led the transition from a traditional grid-based system to a responsive Bootstrap architecture. Afterward, Ethan became a Senior Customer Success Manager, engaging with various major clients and handling responsibilities such as account and contract management, portal enhancement deliverables, issue tracking, content strategy, UI/UX development, and migration execution. In August 2022, Ethan was promoted to the role of SVP Customer Success, where they embraced the opportunity to utilize Constellant's suite of tools to accelerate revenue and innovation in a cost-effective and scalable way.

Ethan Whaley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/PR/Marketing from Abilene Christian University from 1995 to 1999. In terms of certifications, they obtained the following:
