Steve Kalman has a comprehensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Steve started their career as a General Manager at Restaurant Associates, where they worked at various locations including The Woodruff Arts Center, The High Museum of Art, Winterthur Museum, The Intrepid Sea*Air*Space Museum, and The Philadelphia Museum of Art, from January 1996 to May 2007. After that, Steve joined Duffy's Sports Grill as a Regional Vice President overseeing 11 locations in the Southeast for a brief period from May 2007 to November 2007. Later, they joined Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group as the Director of Operations from November 2007 to September 2010. Since October 2010, Steve has been with Constellation Culinary Group, initially as the Vice President of Operations and later as Vice President Operations, where they had full operational oversight of all restaurants, catering, and retail facilities throughout the Northeast, generating revenues in excess of $75 million.
Steve Kalman attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Following that, they enrolled at Widener University from 1993 to 1995, earning a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
