Bill Levis

Bill Levis, PE, is a seasoned professional in engineering and operations management with extensive experience in the nuclear and maritime sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Constellation since January 2021, Bill has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Senior Manager of Strategic Engineering. Previous experience includes significant positions at Exelon Nuclear, where responsibilities encompassed Maintenance Manager and Engineering Manager, as well as serving as a Senior Operations Instructor. Bill's early career includes an instructional role at the United States Naval Academy and service as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy. Bill holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
