David Higgins, CISSP, currently works as the Manager of CIP Technical Services at Constellation and is the Principal Cybersecurity Architect at EchoEchoPlus Webhosting. With experience at companies like Exelon, Computer Aid, Inc., Delaware State Police, and others, David has a strong background in network analysis, cybersecurity, technical advisory, and disaster recovery efforts. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems - Cyber Security Management from Strayer University and an Associate's degree in Computer Network Engineering from Delaware Technical and Community College.
