Natasha Poitras

Natasha Poitras, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Constellation since February 2024, where responsibilities include managing HR operations and fostering a culture of open communication. Previously, Natasha held various HR roles at ONEOK from July 2013 to November 2023, including HR Manager - Shared Services, HR Supervisor - HR Solutions, HR Consultant in Diversity and Inclusion, and HR Representative - HR Solutions, developing a customer-focused culture and overseeing employee lifecycle management. Prior experience includes human resources functions at John Zink Hamworthy Combustion and a significant tenure at American Eagle Outfitters in various management roles, overseeing large teams and driving sales and operational success. Natasha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Management from Oklahoma State University, an ABA in Accounting from Tulsa Community College, and additional education from The University of Texas at El Paso.
