Ron Godwin

Ron Godwin, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Management and Organizational Development at Constellation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ron held positions including Principal Consultant at Exelon Generation from October 2018 to December 2021 and Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Pepco Holdings, Inc. from October 1988 to October 2018. Additionally, Ron contributed as adjunct faculty at Wilmington University from September 2004 to September 2014. Educationally, Ron earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School, alongside various certifications in I/O Psychology and Organization Development.
