João Forte Carvalho

João Forte Carvalho has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. João currently works as a Technical Product Manager at Constellation Network since February 2023. Prior to that, João worked at Truewind for several years, where they held multiple roles. João started as an Outsystems software developer in Portugal from September 2014 to November 2015. Then, they worked as an Outsystems software developer in Brazil from November 2015 to May 2017. From May 2017 to March 2018, João served as a Senior Developer and Delivery Manager, managing and training new software developers in Outsystems projects and coordinating projects for clients in various sectors, particularly in the Brazilian retail sector. Following that, they worked as an Account Manager from March 2018 to September 2020, being responsible for delivering projects and managing a team of up to 15 people. From October 2020 to February 2023, João held the role of Customer Manager, focusing on enabling clients' digital transformation with the Outsystems platform and ensuring their satisfaction by providing support and assistance for software projects. Throughout their various roles, João has gained expertise in project management, client management, software development using Outsystems, and implementing ITIL best practices.

João Forte Carvalho completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management from 2009 to 2014. In 2012, they participated in the Erasmus program at the University College of Northern Denmark-UCN, focusing on Financial Management. Prior to their university studies, João attended Externato Marista de Lisboa for their high school education, specializing in Economics from 2001 to 2009.
