Chad Ponticas

Chad Ponticas has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chad began their career as a Shift Lead at Blockbuster from October 2006 to December 2010. Chad then worked as a Designer at PNDLM, where they designed scalable content for iOS apps and developed interactive prototypes using InVision and Xcode from February 2015 to December 2015. Chad also freelanced as a Graphic Designer at ThoughtCloud from June 2011 to November 2018.

In 2016, Chad joined Nike and held multiple roles during their tenure. As an FT Apparel Athlete from February 2016 to November 2018, they engaged with consumers, provided information on products and services, and acted as a point of contact for Nike's digital applications. Additionally, Chad served as an NRC Pacer from July 2016 to January 2018, where they offered running guidance, assisted in NRC events, and shared information about running, apparel, shoes, and the NRC app.

From November 2018 to April 2022, Chad worked as an Interaction Designer at Steelcase, contributing their skills in interaction design. Currently, they are employed as a Product Designer at Constellation Network, starting in April 2022.

Chad Ponticas began their education in 2007 at The Art Institutes, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications. Chad attended this school until 2009. In 2008, Chad also enrolled in the Pacific Northwest College of Art, focusing on Design and Visual Communications. Although the duration of their study at this institution is not provided, it likely lasted until 2010. Additionally, Chad pursued a field of study known as Communication design at The Art Institutes, with no specific mention of a degree.

Aside from their formal education, Chad Ponticas also obtained several certifications. In May 2018, they completed the "AR for Mobile Developers" certification from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in April 2018, they obtained the "UX Foundations: Content Strategy" certification from the same institution. Lastly, in March 2018, Chad earned the "Principle for UX Design" certification, also from LinkedIn.
