Sopha Nem has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent role was as a Technical Product Manager at ruumi starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Delivery Hero from September 2021 to October 2022, where they were responsible for product strategy and development for multiple brands. Before that, they held the same position at Delivery Hero from July 2020 to July 2021, focusing on order tracking. Sopha also worked as a Product Manager and Technical Program Manager at Careem from July 2019 to June 2020, leading product roadmap and performing A/B tests. They have previous experience at HERE Technologies as a Project Manager and Product Owner/Technical Project Manager from July 2018 to April 2019 and from March 2016 to June 2018 respectively. Additionally, Sopha has experience in a pro-bono social impact project at Ashoka, served as a Project Manager at SAP, and held roles as an Associate SAP Consultant and Associate E-Commerce Consultant at arvato Systems. They started their career as Procurement Design-to-Cost at Alcatel-Lucent Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

Sopha Nem earned a Bachelor of Business Information System degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from PETRONAS University of Technology, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. In 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Management at ESMT Berlin, completing their studies in 2016. Additionally, in September 2016, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile.
