Arthur Cerveny

Arthur Cerveny has been a Contractor at Constellation West since July 2019. Prior to this role, Arthur served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy from October 2008 to December 2014. Arthur earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, where studies took place between 1995 and 1998.
