Jim Horacek

Jim Horacek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic analysis and operational support within the national security sector. Currently serving as a Senior Deterrence Analyst at Constellation West, Jim has contributed to US Strategic Command's Directorate of Planning since January 2021. Previously, Jim held various leadership roles at Nebraska Medicine, including interim Director of Operations for the Global Center for Health Security, where significant initiatives in strategic planning and operational management were executed. Jim's background also includes key positions at the United States Strategic Command, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Counterterrorism Center, where impressive achievements in intelligence analysis, personnel management, and training development were realized. Academically, Jim holds a Master of Arts in Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from UC San Diego.
