Randy Gurchin, Lt Col, USAF (ret) is a distinguished professional with extensive expertise in nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3) systems, specializing in advanced war-fighting capabilities and global reconnaissance operations. Currently serving as a Senior Emerging Technologies Systems Analyst at Constellation West, Randy provides critical insights and support to USSTRATCOM's NC3 Assessment Community. Previous roles include Special Weapons & NC3 Systems Analyst at McCallie & Associates, as well as significant contributions to USSTRATCOM in various capacities related to intelligence, reconnaissance, and operational planning. An accomplished leader, Randy has managed complex UAV operations, commanded aircrews, and advised on policy direction, while holding key positions across multiple organizations and military commands. Randy's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from both Golden Gate University and Air War College, along with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford.
