Willem Loue

Willem Loue is an experienced professional in the metals industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Constellium since September 2020, overseeing production in a global leader in aluminium products for aerospace, automotive, and packaging markets. As the founder of WRL Industrial Consulting since September 2017, Willem Loue offers specialized consulting services to the aluminium sector, leveraging 30 years of industry expertise. Previous roles include Managing Director at Eurofoil, where significant contributions were made to the aluminium foil market in Europe, and Plant Manager at Novelis, overseeing multiple foil mills. Additional leadership positions were held at Novelis in business development and strategic planning, as well as previous experience with Pechiney and Emrioll in the establishment of a rolling plant in the UAE. Willem Loue holds a PhD in Materials Science from Grenoble INP - UGA and an engineering degree in Materials Science from Delft University of Technology.
