León Rodrigo Llorente Elvira is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and site engineering across various large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Project Manager at CAF Turnkey & Engineering since March 2021, León has previously held significant roles at S.A. de Obras y Servicios, COPASA as Jefe de obra, and Rover Grupo as Site Engineer, working on high-speed train platforms and civil works.
