Sam Onuska

Sam Onuska has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering & Design at Construction Innovations, LLC, leading a skilled engineering team in designing innovative products for the energy sector and construction markets. Prior to this, Sam held various managerial positions at Emerson, including Manager of Renewable Controls Engineering and Manager of EPC Engineering. They also worked as a Senior Project Engineer, designing safety assemblies for turbines and managing engineering budgets. Earlier in their career, Sam worked at MSA - The Safety Company as a Senior Design Engineer, specializing in electro-mechanical projects, and as a Design Engineer for Ballistic Armor Systems. They started their career at MSA as a Cooperative Education Student.

Sam Onuska is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering - Construction Management at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering, with an expected completion in 2025. Prior to this, Sam obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2006.
