Melissa Ulrich has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Melissa started their career at Johnson & Johnson in 2003 as a Manufacturing Coordinator II, where they coordinated payroll activities and assisted in various administrative tasks. Melissa then progressed to become a Human Resources Generalist, where they directed talent management and recruiting efforts. Melissa also served as a Knowledge Transfer and Communications Lead, overseeing the development and delivery of employee training programs. Melissa later joined CNH Industrial as a Human Resources Representative, managing labor relations, benefits administration, and change management initiatives. Melissa'smost recent role was at Construction Specialties, where they served as a Director of Strategic Projects, focusing on driving growth, process improvement, and project implementation. Melissa also worked as a Director of Change Management, leading change management strategies and facilitating employee engagement.
