For 20 years, Mary Aviles has stewarded projects driving strategy and content, human experience, concept development, communications, and systems change. As a UX researcher, she partners closely with designers and developers to provide data-informed insights obtained via mixed methods to reduce risk–guiding decisions, next steps, and continuous improvement. A graduate of the University of Michigan, her work has spanned the business-to-business, business-to-consumer, civic tech, health care, retail, and non-profit sectors. Her research experience represents more than 250 studies reflecting community, consumer, professional, and patient stakeholders.
