Alex Offutt

Alex Offutt has a range of extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2000, Alex held positions in derivatives trading at various companies until 2004. From 2005 to 2008, Alex worked as a Sales Manager and Area Manager at Bank of America/Countrywide Home Loans.

In 2008, Alex co-founded Fay Financial, LLC, where they served as the VP of Acquisitions until 2012. Following that, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at Housing Opportunity Partners, LLC from 2012 to 2015.

Afterwards, Alex worked as the VP of Portfolio Strategy at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC from 2015 to 2016. They then moved on to Goldman Sachs where they worked as a Vice President from 2016 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, Alex worked as a self-employed Consultant and Expert Witness. Most recently, in 2018, Alex became the Managing Director at Constructive Capital, where they focus on Single Asset Rental Loans based on property cash flow.

Alex Offutt completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics & Economics from Georgetown University from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they graduated from Episcopal High School between 1993 and 1996. And before attending high school, Alex Offutt completed their early education at Cardigan Mountain School from 1989 to 1993.
