Karim El Ghazouly began their work experience in 2017 as a Part-Time Software Developer at lynx Real State Office, where they developed desktop applications and mentored employees. In 2018, they worked as a Computer Vision Engineer Intern at AvidBeam Technologies, researching Semantic Segmentation algorithms and implementing a new model for color detection.

In 2019, they had two internships. Firstly, as a Full Stack Developer Intern at PayME, they designed and implemented backend services, maintained database schema, and collaborated with the frontend team. Secondly, as a Software Engineer Intern at Facebook, they contributed to building and maintaining infrastructure services, optimized data pipelines, and reduced resource usage.

Karim then joined JetLenses in 2020 as a Software Engineer. Karim focused on building pipelines to monitor orders and operations workflow, as well as checking product availability. Karim also worked on website features using Python, Ruby on Rails, Flask, AirFlow, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

In 2021, Karim worked at Bot MD as a Software Engineer. Karim rebuilt a project from scratch, designed and implemented the backend, and created GQL endpoints for the frontend. Karim later joined Athelas as a Software Engineer, where they built APIs for hardware communication, developed internal tools to streamline operations, and refactored backend code.

From 2018 to 2022, Karim was a Founding Engineer at Eduapplications. Karim played a key role in hiring and building the engineering team, established the engineering process, and worked on developing the first version of the minimum viable product (MVP).

Most recently, in 2022, Karim joined Constructor as a Software Engineer.

Karim El Ghazouly pursued their education at Ain Shams University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Ahmed Zewail Language School from 2010 to 2016, completing their secondary education. It is not specified what field of study they focused on during their time in secondary school. Additionally, Karim has obtained several certifications, including the Foundations of Project Management from Google in February 2022, the Bronze Medalist EOI 2015 from the Egyptian Olympiad in Informatics in May 2015, and a Certificate of Participation in an Introductory Course to Arduino, for which the month and year of attainment are not provided.
