Currently serving as Gerente de Processos e Inovação at Construtora Planeta since January 2024, Raphael aims to enhance project delivery and client experience. Involvement in various educational and professional organizations includes roles as a Committee Member at ABNT/ISO, Founding Member of Management 3.0 community, and a professor in multiple institutions, focusing on project management, new technologies, and construction innovation.
