Jay Aronowitz (SES Retired) has extensive experience in human capital consulting, particularly in the Army. Jay served in various high-level positions such as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army and Director of the Manpower Analysis Agency. With a background in social work and public administration, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills throughout their career.
