Shelli Fragiao, AIC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations, risk management, and client success across various industries. Currently serving as a Revenue Operations Manager at Consumer Cellular, Inc., Shelli manages billing reporting functions to ensure accurate customer billing. Previous roles include Supervisor and Assistant Manager at Vervent, where oversight of tax and treasury personnel was key, and Account Manager at Matrix Risk Management Solutions, focusing on maximizing subrogation collections.
