Andrea Dorado Larocca Mph

Andrea Dorado LaRocca, MPH, is a seasoned Human Resource Specialist with extensive experience in recruitment and placement, particularly focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA). Currently employed at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission since February 2023, LaRocca previously served the Defense Health Agency from February 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included conducting random drug testing and providing Drug-Free Workplace training. Prior experience includes coordinating drug and alcohol testing for the Army Substance Abuse Program, where LaRocca trained over 300 Unit Prevention Leaders, and maintaining patient care operations at Arthritis and Pain Associates of PG County. LaRocca holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Policy, and Public Health from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
