Karen Hayden

Karen Hayden is a seasoned human resources specialist with extensive experience in human capital management and information systems. Currently serving at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission since May 2016, Karen's past roles include positions at the National Archives and Records Administration and the Consumer Product Safety Commission, where expertise in information systems was developed. Previously, Karen held senior roles at the U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Science Foundation, focusing on information technology. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from Bowie State University, alongside additional studies at Strayer University-Maryland and the University of the District of Columbia.
