Afi D.

Afi D. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career as a Campus Recruitment Liaison at Target in 2007 and later joined Teach for America as a Language Arts Teacher. In 2011, Afi pursued a Master's degree in International Education Policy at Harvard Graduate School of Education. They then worked as a Consultant at the United Nations from 2012 to 2013. Afi's experience in human resources began at The Khana Group, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist from 2014 to 2016 and later as a People Operations (HRBP-Strategy, Partnerships, and Operations) from 2016 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Afi worked as a People Business Partner (HRBP) at Thirty Madison. They also had a short stint as a Human Resources Consultant at a confidential company in 2023. Currently, Afi is serving as an Associate Director, HR Business Partner at Consumer Reports.
