Their earlier experience includes working as a Sr. HR Manager at Baxter Healthcare, where they focused on leadership recruiting and development. Carla Schroeder, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management from Elmhurst University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. In June 2006, they successfully earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. Later, in December 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Most recently, in May 2020, they acquired the Strategic Workforce Planning certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
