Kate Vittore's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies and organizations. Kate started their career in 2016 at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business as an Undergraduate Judicial Board Justice, where they conducted investigations of academic misconduct and upheld the integrity of the college. Kate also served as a Direct Admit Student and participated in the Career Leadership Academy.

In 2017, Kate worked at the University of Iowa as an Academic Resource Center Front Desk Receptionist, where they assisted students in supplemental instruction and conducted data analysis. Kate also served as a Tippie Peer Mentor, guiding first-year business students and representing the Tippie College of Business. Additionally, they were a Panhellenic Justice, contributing to the oversight of the Iowa Fraternity and Sorority Life community.

In 2018, Kate joined Chi Omega Fraternity and served as the Director of Alumnae Relations, strengthening the collegiate chapter's relationship with alumnae. Kate also served as the Centennial Event Director, coordinating a significant event for the Psi Beta chapter. Furthermore, they were a New Member Educator, responsible for new chapter membership.

In 2019, Kate worked at Consumers Credit Union as the Voice of The Member Program Manager, overseeing the program dedicated to enhancing member experience. Kate also had the role of Member Experience Analyst, where they focused on analyzing member experience data. Additionally, they worked as a Member Experience/Product Innovation Intern.

During the same year, Kate also served as the Marketing Director at Alpha Kappa Psi - Alpha Xi Chapter, managing the fraternity's social media presence and marketing materials for recruitment events. Kate participated in the national task force at Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters, where they contributed insights and helped re-imagine the New Member Experience.

In 2020, they became the Vice President of Philanthropy - Northwest Suburban Alumnae at Chi Omega Fraternity and worked as a Brand Ambassador at Beachwaver Co.
