Ally Garlitch, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. In 2016, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at PORTLAND PRODUCTS, INC. Ally then worked as a Statistics Facilitator at Grand Valley State University from January to April 2019. After that, they joined MarshBerry Talent Acquisition as a Talent Acquisition Associate from January to May 2019. Subsequently, they served as a Human Resources Student Assistant at the State of Michigan from May 2019 to April 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate at MarshBerry Talent Acquisition from May to June, and currently, they hold the position of a Talent Specialist at Consumers Credit Union from June 2020 onwards.

Ally Garlitch, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Grand Valley State University in 2020. Ally also completed an Applied Statistics Minor at the same university during the same time period. Prior to their college education, Ally graduated from Portland High School in 2016, earning their High School Diploma. Additionally, in January 2023, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
