Paige Thompson

Paige Thompson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in experience design, innovation, and operations excellence. Recently serving as Director of Experience Design & Innovation at Consumers Energy, Paige also held positions focused on Lean Leadership and IT Organizational Change Management. With membership at the Utility Analytics Institute, Paige's previous roles include Continuous Improvement Program Manager and various management positions at Emergent BioSolutions. Early career experience includes being a BRD Research Scientist and NAWQA Aquatic Scientist at the U.S. Geological Survey. Paige earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Central Michigan University and a Master of Education in Science Education from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids.
