Fabiana Ivanchuk

Fabiana Ivanchuk has over 20 years of work experience. Fabiana began their career in 1999 as an Analista de Atendimento at DIRECTV. In 2003, they moved to Natura as an Analista de Atendimento, where they were responsible for supporting the complaints of Consultoras Natura. In 2006, they became an Advogada at Liberty Seguros, where they were responsible for triaging/responding to complaints, reporting and metrics for the board of directors and regulatory/oversight bodies. In 2014, they joined Generali as an Analista Seguros Sr, where they were responsible for developing, structuring new products and implementing continuous improvements in corporate products and lines. In 2015, they moved to GRUPO SEGURADOR BANCO DO BRASIL E MAPFRE as an Advogada Ouvidoria, where they were responsible for analyzing complaints received in the Ombudsman and Social Media, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing action plans, mitigating risks and maintaining relationships with areas to optimize processes, systems and focus on reducing complaints. In 2017, they joined BNP Paribas Cardif as an Advogada Generalista, where they were responsible for leading the team, training employees, analyzing and issuing legal opinions, as well as drafting and reviewing service/supplier contracts. In 2021, they moved to UOL - Universo Online as an Advogada. Fabiana is currently a Legal Compliance Specialist at Conta Simples, a position they have held since 2022. Additionally, they have been a Member of the Compliance Women Committee since 2020 and a Member of Jurídico de Saias since 2010.

Fabiana Ivanchuk has an extensive educational background. Fabiana began their studies in 2003, earning a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo in 2007. In 2010, they completed a Technical Education in Professional Improvement in Law from AASP and a Technical Education in Reinsurance from ESCOLA NACIONAL DE SEGUROS. In 2013, they completed a Post-Graduation in Management of Acquisitions and Contracts from Legale Educacional. In 2017, they completed a Post-Graduation in Corporate Law and Compliance from Escola Paulista de Direito. Fabiana also completed a Post-Graduation in Civil Law and Civil Process from ESA - Escola Superior de Advocacia da OAB/PR in 2019.
